    Lower Body - Glutes & Hamstrings Focus workout:
    Full Dynamic Stretch Warmup (accessed in the OWNU app)
    1. Dumbbell single leg stiff deadlift. 3 set x 8, 10, 15 reps.
    2. Smith machine squats. 2 set x 8 & 12 reps.
    3. Barbell KAS Hip Thrust. 3 set x 6, 10, 15 reps.
    4. Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat wide stance. 3 set x 10 reps.
    5. Hyper extensions 45 degrees. 3 set x 15, 15, 20 reps.

    That little tip about the hips and pelvis will be so helpful for me, I think! I have imbalanced glutes and I think it comes down to how I shift my hips on the left! 😮Thank you!

    Within two minutes you had me hooked. I will world-class athlete and I absolutely love your vibe but I’m 62 and just recovering from my second hip replacement with a surgeon that wanted to stereotype me and not listen so it took me a while to recover and I’m trying to get muscle mass back.     I could definitely relay to you on the stubborn glutes, but I never gave up and never will!

      The gym is my love language too 😆 I definitely have stubborn glutes but I’ve graciously accepted this challenge. I’m consistent, train hard, and eat my macro heart out. This will happen 🤞

    "tuck in your pelivs"/ or have a slightly posterior (simply : tucked in) pelvic tilt. This is essential for me, as I have an anterior tilt from tightness , and my glutes don't activate properly. Game changer!

    Just a tip for anyone who wants a similar "machine" to do the Bulgarian split squats: I use the decline crunch bench. Most gyms have them, and you can adjust the height of the place you put your legs (how you would usually adjust the angle of decline). I hope this makes sense.

      Also the good thing about using this is if you put too much weight on your support leg, the bench will tip up off the floor reminding you that you're cheating.

    Hi, Awesome video!
    Just a little tip to be helpful.
    For the back extensions you could place plates under your feet if you would like to get higher in order to get full range.
    Even though from the looks you probably don't need tips 😎

    I’m a guy and focus on everything even glutes at times but have been lacking. One thing I have to give to gym girls is that y’all be building immaculate glutes so it’s only right I take glute workouts from one of yall 🦾

    Can you think of exercise that does not hurt knees? Imagine you got injured knees and trying not risk re injury, what exercise would you do to maintain strong hamstrings, calf..?

      I have that exact one, and its a smart little thingy, but I actually feel a bit less stable with this than with a bench.. however if you stabilise youself with one hand on a rack, a stick or a suspension trainer you negate that.

      @@andersbjrnsen7203 I'll have to find another way to make it work because the bench I have isn't high enough to do split squats properly. Worth the effort though. Absolutely killer exercise.

    15:50 i think a better method is to either hold your arms straight out or hold a smaller weight with extended arms. Maybe that hits more back but seems overall safer…idk

    Try this exercise with a resistance band, after each set of hip thrusts sit down and go 10 to 12 adduction s and it kills 🤣🤣. I am 68 years old, my PB is 180 kg 4 x 12
