  • Doing glute focused lower body workout in this video which if you haven't tried, please do! It's a challenge let me tell you that..

    FULL WORKOUT:
    1. Adductor 2 set x 8-10,12-15 reps
    2. Cable medius kickback 2 set x 8-10, 12-15 reps each
    3. Leg press 3 set x 8-10, 8-10, 15-20 reps (bias glute - 2 sec in stretch)
    4. Smith squat 3 set x 8-10, 8-10, 12-15 reps (bias glute)
    5. Bulgarian split squat 3 set x 8-10, 8-10, 12-15 reps each (bias glutes)

    To the ladies room Hanna... Ive been with a cold for about 2 months on and off can't seem to get rid of the cough on my good days I workout when im not feeling too good I rest! You're an inspiration girl I have learned alot from watching your videos!!! Thank you for educating us!!!

    Take a closer look at the leg press machine and you will see a center column where you can shorten the range for your shorter legs.

    thanks for the video, great work! I use my airpod max in the gym too, but since my head is small, it fits much better when im having a cap under. Then i can almost be upside down and it wont fell off or glide. And it wont get wet by sweat either. It is such a good sound. And sometimes i dont have music on (and the gymmusic is such loooud) i just want to fade away in my own silence.

    My kinda lady, dressed to workout hard and not to show off. I dress the same in sweats to be comfortable and focused. Thank you for that, you rock. The truly hard working women, and attractive, don’t need to show off the goodies. So nice to see that.

    Have you ever had injuries from the gym?
    I'd really love to do HEAVY leg workouts, like I used to, but nowadays am quite cautious to not push too hard. I had my left quadriceps tendons partially torn a couple years ago while doing heavy leg press. A very long time to recover from that, and my right leg suffered then too, since I was using it much more while recovering.

      Would love to know this as well. I stressed my nerves too much and the effect was mild to severe neuropathy which Im still working on combating.

    I loved going to the gym and working out but I dreaded looking for parking and all the machines being used. Sometimes it was so hard to find parking that after going around the block 5x I’d just go home.

      Not worth the stress join a gym closer than you can walk to for warm up. That’s what did. Also good cool down walking home when legs shaky 😊

    You should watch/do athletics. Every sprinter/jumper have better/more glute development than any fitness influencer.
    They don't even focus on it! Diet is not an option!
    I like your outfit (long pants) by the way.

(aka leg day lol) side note i keep my phone in the locker at the gym, just there for all business, this type of content won't appeal to anyone but fitness/gym folks but it's highly appreciated by us folks that are real about whats up.... keep up the great work

    Serious question.. how do you work out and get sweaty but not wash your hair everyday? I exercise everyday and get sweaty but i would love to not wash my hair everyday.

      Good question! I use dry shampoo and wear a ponytail a lot. Sometimes I tell myself, “do you want cute hair or a fit body?” Would love tips on how to have both! 😊

      What she dosen't ? But she always works out with her hair touching the machines , that's literally gross, to not wash the hair afterwards 🤢🤮 and still she cares about ppl cleaning the machines but dosen't clean herself 😂

    Great Video Thanks!!!! I am just confused with one thing. Trainers always told me to put my feet apart on the leg press as this would hit your glutes. You are putting your feet together. Which one is correct??

    Does it matter where you load the weights on a leg press like this? The machine at my gym is the same as your, with a low and high spot for loading weights

    genuine question, why do adductor first, and then an isolation exercise? ive always thought compounds are the best to do at the start of the workout?

      Hey girl! There's no scientific rules or reasons to always do compound exercises first but we mostly do them to allocate most of our energy (while we have it) in form of glycogen and not being fatigued as we can be pretty empty and tired at the end of a hard leg session. I most often do my compound as 1-2-3 but sometimes I like to "warm up" with a isolation exercise first like in this case with adductors first. Warms my joints and hips up properly plus that glutes will be filled with blood, warm and ready for the next exercise! :) hope you got something out of my mindset here! Keep smashing it!
