Lower Body - Glutes & Quads Focus Workout:
Full Dynamic Stretch Warmup (accessed in the OWNU app)
1. Dumbbell walking lunges. 3 set x 10, 10, 15 reps.
2. Leg press (high & wide stance). 3 set x 8, 10, 15 reps.
3. Barbell Romanian deadlift. 3 set x 8, 10, 12 reps.
4. Alternating dumbbell step-ups. 2 set x 12, 12 reps.
5. Leg extension machine. 3 set x 12, 15, 20 reps.
In this video, I'm working with Johanna Modin and doing a lower-body workout with glute and quad focus. Johanna is also a trainer of the OWNU app and this workout is from my new guide Stronger You 2. In this workout, we are doing "only" 5 exercises, which definitely can be enough for a lower body session. As long as you work really hard and put effort and quality into each exercise, 5 exercises are enough to achieve progressive overload. - Jak na to + styl

Do you take creatine? Can you please do a video on this when taking it on a bulk or how when you cut? I am trying to tone down after a lean bulk and wanting to take creatine. I'd love if you can cover this topic.
creatine allows your muscles to retain more water, allowing for more force output/muscle growth with adequate stress. personally i’d recommend starting creatine after this cut and continue consuming it into your next cut and beyond.
How do you do glute workouts that will maintain your glutes the same size and shape them well? I don't want my glutes to grow anymore

How are you meant to do these squats and leg presses if you have knee issues like I do which relates to ''water on the knee''
Check out “kneesovertoesguy”, “movementbydavid”, and “the strength side” CZcams channels. Lots of information on fixing knee issues.
You should do exercises that will strengthen the muscles around your knees, probably things without weights before you jump into lifting so you don’t injure yourself

I hope to workout when I am pregnant. But that is far in the future.
When I do step ups I never feel them no matter how hard I try 😭 what should be the ideal height that I step up. I just use a flat bench I’m not sure if that’s the issue (I work out at home) 😩
I think knee high should be fine and mine muscle connection makes a big difference 😊 took me years to feel that 🤔
