It's a tricky choice. Unless you buy rubbish, you'll enjoy whatever you get. My advice would be buy something that you like the look of because the real joy all stems from imagining you're inside it! If there's something you fancy and want to know whether it's decent, just ask.

No. The LC71 is HUUUUGE compared to the little Jimny.

You can't use this body without either bumper as both front and rear of the bodyshell attach directly to the bumpers.

Yes, in theory, you could add bodyposts or another mounting system to the chassis and then modify the bodyshell to work with the new system. But I think the body would look a bit odd, to say the least. It'd be like a face without a lower jaw.

They're spectacular for the money. The plastic is a bit poor but you can't complain. Lots of people complain about the shocks but I think they're perfectly good.

A very different beast. It will outperform the other two but I'd still recommend a Tracker out of the three. A better trail truck experience and much better quality. The Tracker is one of those rare trucks that never fails to please.

Not really. The ice crystals are too big and too strong. The tank isn't heavy or powerful enough to crush and displace the snow from the tracks and so it forces the tracks off.

It's a wonderful place! I think I just got onto my third pack. They're 5200mAh 2S. Yes, it's an MN999 and it does pretty well with just a few mods. There's a link to buy one in the description. I was torn between driving this and my Rangey. It would have been more capable but I was curious to test this against the much more expensive rigs.

@@rcpie yeah, the Kanyon has so many issues. I picked mine up for £30, and it had most of the mods already done. I just got a new body, cut it and the cage so it's a single cab, and my son saw it, and it's his now. He loves it, so that's me happy. 😇
