We done every kind of motorized bicycle gas build there is and now looking forward to the new Ebike side of this hobby! currently trying to work out few deals and such! soon hope to be going toward that direction since so many want to see what is really inside these bikes!
You know I will take that thing apart, part by part and see what is inside why it works like it does and if it's bad or good well that depends on how well it's made. I think people should know what they are buying and be educated on what is inside and why it works the way it doesn. like every hobby some companies hit the mark and make a great product and some well just don't!

so everyone said buy this! it's horrible! look the reviews! ....... honestly the horrible parts was the paint job. which if you clean it up some with acetone. you should have a decent runner. I was told by many this engine was blasted with paint 😜 yes in fact it was 😆. I want to keep this as a daily rider build. Not a constant repair build. I went to Ocean City, MD one year for the 4th and it was about as bad as Baltimore. lol. So many shootings and crazy people. Great fireworks though. Myrtle Beach is much nicer though. lol

Been using Stehl Chainsaw engine oil, 6.5 oz oil to 2.5 gasoline, 50 to 1. For break - in 2 gal of gas with the same oil, 6.5 oz. With the Motorized Bike engines. 2 cyc. 4 cubic inches. (ZEDA), High Compression Head, Tuned Pipe. Hot Sparkplug, NGK BPR4HS, Stock Carb Jet , #70, way rich. After Break-in I changed the Jet to #66. Still a little rich on the bottom but nicely 2 strokes Top 30% of Throttle. Most important, Warm these engines up BEFORE pushing them. Do this every time you ride, your engines will give great service.

I saw lots of people running 40 to one ratios but I felt like that was always a little too lean but I knew the 16 and 20 to one ratio from cradle to grave seemed stupid to me so I decided to start running a medium after I broke in my cylinders and pistons using the 16 to one than 20 to 1 ratio after that I would run at 32 to 1. personally I run 4 oz of XPS marine XD100 E-Tec full synthetic for my build in a gallon of regular 87 octane but I have been considering mixing up nitro RC fuel into the gas tank as well to see if I can get some extra power out of it and before anyone warns me yes I know you need special oil to run with nitro RC fuel because standard two-stroke remix will break down when exposed to nitro meth

@@BuildBreakFix i got one problem. If i give it full throttle it only revs to 5k rpm, it feels like a rev limiter. How can i fix that? I dont think thats normal.
There is a million reasons it could be limited. Most common reasons. To big of a main jet. Over sized carb. If you have a stock pipe. Baffles could be plugged. Dirty air filter. Restrictions in the intake. Exhaust seal leak. Throttle/cable is not fully pulling carb open.

@@BuildBreakFix try the super phantom menace 85 build middle cylinder is a chopped phantom 85 cylinder head and and the top piece head is a avenger 85/phantom 85 Racing performance head from go max ind and the piston smolik performance gives you don't use the stock phantom piston rings use caber piston rings 1.2mm x52mm hiway caber piston rings with the ZTmoto Reed valve setup that's what I am using two Windows hole piston best setup so far my engine refuses to die I think I fixed the problems that China couldn't fix lmao

hey I have this same engine and i put it on a schwinn trike but I could use some expert advice on a few things like carbs and governor. do you have any time to advise a bit over the phone, i could venmo or cashapp for your time.
Take the governor off. Just release the spring from it. It's that easy! The Carb choice is an easy one. Pwk28 is like factory ready to run on this thing. To mount it I used a 3/16 square aluminum plate with a hole in the center and bolt holes drilled into it with a 48mm spaced carb boot sitting on top of it and I bolted both down at the same time with Allen key style bolts. It takes a tiny bit of ovaling of boot holes. I used 1" copper fittings to make it the correct angle soldered. Then a carb boot to the carb. Edit: there are a few up close videos of the carb setup on mine.

It's all about fun and tinkering with stuff. They break you fix it. They are all the most unreliable things ever created. Part of the fun 😆
@@BuildBreakFix yeah besides the chain issue, (it was old and worn out) the jack shaft sprocket is the biggest problem on the bike, everything else is pretty much bulletproof. 4strokes may not be as cool, but this machine has been pretty solid.

Did you do any porting or read valve work to it?
This engine was a new old stock from the factory. Ports in it came polished. With a transmission I didn't need a reed valve.

Same I have 5hp 2 stroke snowblower engine but no workshop area or power for welder...A 10T 3/4in centrifugal clutch is $20 & $30 for a 4 stroke mounting plate. I wanna put a Dellorto carb on it & make an expansion pipe fit. With the governor adjusted or removed for higher rpm & tuned carb. I'm sure it'll do over 7hp easy with way more torque.
They sell a go-kart mounting plate on eBay for these motors. Mount that on a 4 stroke mount. Same as a 212cc 4 stroke bolt pattern. Edit: eating my words now. Can't find one listed anymore.😔
