- (New Engine & Turbo V1) V1 blew head first start. New engine V2) V2 bent lifters first start. (new engine & Turbo V3) V3 got all bugs worked out and the general settings need to get it running a It (blew a valve right out of the head). (V4 New Engine, Turbo & Carb nibbi 19) V4 I have only road a short distance! V4 Coming soon! We will have The 4th version on a ride video, just to cold at the moment to get it to run correctly on current setup! People asked me to post a motorized bicycle build video Of the turbo build on it's first ride and how badly it did before all tuning! You never learn anything unless you see the failures along the way and what you learn to fix them right? So why not! I always take along a camera just been so damn cold have not had many days to really give this build a good full send. Tossing money at this till it works! 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
I did one short of it fast v4. ran pretty well! Waste gate opens at wrong time yet! to soft now!

Might as well show the failures along the way right? Version 4 has all this worked out 95% of the way! Just the weather is so damn cold! Was freezing riding this thing around block which didn't help it run any better as well. last part of video we actually can hear it spin up start going. it has everything ready. just need to find nice day ride now!
I wasn't kidding around in my build videos when I say it was cold it's cold outside where I am at is PA and here is like 12f yeah not very warm lmao

I get why motorcycle companies gave up on the idea of turbo motorcycles in the 80s. But a turbo added on old motorcycles is a good way to get more power out of an old motorcycle engine.

U have to let a engine idle for like 5 minutes on choke before shutting the choke down warm it up before you ride it and it will probably run right.
It works. This video was the first try I failed at. People asked me to show the failure ride. So now that I know what failed. I made huge change ups to fix it. Version 4 is a Strong runner! This was just part of the process. Fail and learn! Try to and Fix repeat

Finally though a freaking turbo Small 4 stroke that works. Lol there was so much carnage of parts to get this working. Almost 2 grand broken parts reworking this build 😆. Toss 💵🤑💰💵🤑💰💰💵 till it ran and it does now 😆

I'm just curious how you blow the head I was under the impression that these were one piece heads I'm also really curious what a blown head Looks like on one of these little four strokes.

You are correct! What happens if the section between the valves cracks on these. Hair line fracture but trashed the head with no way to repair. Very weak section casted head. Lots fail points in the castings in regard to this not intended purpose it's being used for 😆

Progress. Lots of potential left in the tune .got the boost down and under control. Can you tighten or adjust the driver pulley to raise the stall engagement or is it fixed ?
Yes version 4 😆 has many bugs fixed! This was the first wtf start lol see where stuff falls apart.
Your exhaust wrap is going to turn white unless you painted it with high temp paint... Looks like it might need losing a little color, already..
It came white! I sprayed it with engine paint already flattened out then wrapped it. Less fiberglass in your face also as you wrap it! 😉 But yeah may never realize it fades if yeah don't!
I cleaned the pipe and put a good coat of paint and baked it on. I soaked the wrap in water before I wrapped it. After it dried I painted with high temp paint. Still looks brand new. Color matches my bike perfectly, still. Have 400mi on the engine so far. But it's 550cc

@@trentbikes I enjoy building them. I know people tell me that. Like the 2 stroke 139cc CVT build. Thing does 70mph lol don't thing posted any speed run videos. Honestly I make more $$$ then some of the bigger channels do motorized bicycles already 😆 I donate all of it to sick kids or veterans help organizations. I constantly am asked to go on Facebook or Instagram or tik Tok also. Just old I guess lol rather drive my 1200cc motorcycle vs a bicycle 70mph 😆

Turn off the choke SLOWLY
You pull it out. It turns off on its own. It's not a mechanical choke.
Dude anyone ever tell you that u have to let the engine ide on choke for a few minutes before you turn the choke off.ur a know it all you should have known that

Yes. But I can't! It will smoke the clutch out. It revs way to high choked to not spin the pads out. It's why I ran it choked instead. Had no choice at the time! But some so smart like yourself already knew that right? 😉👍
