- Well folks it just has to be done. It's time a 4 stroke holds with the two strokes. If you are going to do it! do it right the first time right? If everything works out this will be one of the craziest 4 stroke motorized bicycle kit builds ever! I wanted to use a kit engine and the fact they make a turbo for a 60cc mini truck just caught my attention and had to be done! Apparently in 2024 they will be mass selling these with 6 sellers having them in stoke. Right now it's like trying to find a pink unicorn with 6 legs and 2 tails to buy one! So keep an Eye out on Ebay! They will start selling online soon!

I bought that exact turbo for my stage 3 predator 212 here recently I’ve been able to find out that it’s a kp35 turbo and they come off of a Citroen c3. the seller was not wrong it is oil cooled and requires an external pump to circulate oil, the inlet fitting is m10x1.0mm and I believe the outlet was m16x1.5mm. The 212cc motor that I’ve been running it on is barely enough to spool it cause it’s made for a 1.3l engine, also I’ve been running draw thru with 22mm carb and it seems to work better than a 24mm
Hope this helps
This one was designed for a a different engine. Very odd. Simo turbo? Because it comes off a simo engine made in Korea. Maybe they secondary brand you mentioned. Tiny avt 3 wheel truck?
Here we go 😊
We have a full spoil up runner that whistles now! czcams.com/video/wu8kGX_I2HM/video.htmlsi=uI1tQzyta2eareAw
If the turbo has oil seals rated for a vacuum I'd do a draw through set up. I've seen turbos go bad from leaking oil because of the vacuum of letting off the throttle.
Interesting. Never heard that before! Ty
I think you'll gain at least 1hp with that little turbo. I'm excited to see how it works out!
I hope so 🙏 😂🍀🤞☺️😊
Ok I broke down and bought one of these. Idk what the fuck I want to put it on yet but probably like a 212 or something.
😆 madnesses has spread,!
@@BuildBreakFixim working on a 459cc predator with a amr300 supercharger too.
I can't wait to see it on a bike! I would have thought that the water inlet and outlet would be some kind of tapered pipe thread.
It's a brake line type bolt fittings. I may retap them for barbs
That's a kp35 for a FORD ecosport 1.4 tdci
Nope this turbo is the size of a coke can. It was designed in India for 3 wheel carts with 50cc engine limits
Can’t wait to see how it comes out 🔥💯💯
Me the same 😂
Its all going to plan out just cool watch
He always finds a way!
@@dmoore0079 yea most definitely he do
It will spin up. Will it boost? Will see 😂 will know it works when EMS is pulling a valve out of my leg 😆
@@BuildBreakFix I know right 😂😂😂 & I just got my bike yesterday out the shop it runs pretty good also 🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️💨💨💨
I've been wanting to turbo my 142f for a few years now but there hasn't been a turbo small enough until now. I'll be needing one of those for my 90cc taotao too
Yeah it's about time. expensive though. 250$ ish they cost. 6 venders are going to be selling them in 2024 Jan on eBay. (Micro Turbo) they are listening these as.
❤❤❤❤ party time 🥳
Heck yeah!
Crazy 💯
💯% true! 😉👍
Cv carb is basically already made for boost. Just pressure line to top of diaphragm and float bowl. The butterfly valve is safer than a slide because it wont get stuck open under boost. Also turbo will spool faster without heavy fuel droplets through the impeller.
Interesting 🤔 well damn. Torn now lolz.
Just trying to find the go to chain size so it won't bind in the case can anyone help?
415 chain. 415h is stronger. Gold chains* either works 415h last longer
@@BuildBreakFix thanks for replying, I had the usual slam to the ground after my chain binded and learned that it is a common problem with new bikers, but I think the chain is already a 415 came with the kit , just want to avoid getting slammed to the ground again ouch!
@@bruceschelot8667 is your chain aligned with engine? Or your chain tensioners a bit angled? If it is use a big crescent wrench and twist it even with your sprocket. If your using stock sprocket. Most need to flip it if the chain is badly out of alignment. You can use 10mm or 3/8 washers to move your wheel side to side as well. Look over the top of your rear tire at the chain looking down make sure it's straight. Most common reasons a chain would derail anyhow. Hope it helps some!
@@BuildBreakFix thanks for the info, the main problem is its binding inside the clutch arm housing and seems like the chain might be too wide, thus the question about chain size , I'm sure it's a 415 chain but it seemed like the rollers were slightly too big causing it to skip, everything else checks out so I'm tempted to try a smaller chain size or go with a higher quality chain, the alignment and tensioner are straight so I'm looking at the chain as the culprit
233 on eBay
Sounds about right. Mine where priced at 230 + tax free ship. Came to just under 250$ selling already? I'ma have to find link for peeps then. Wait till more venders sell them price will drop by a lot* sellers seem very confused what they are even selling
You got a link?
I’ll work. Make sure that the oil feed line to turbo is at 12 o clock. And draw through is definitely the way I would go.
Inlet it 12 and the outlet is at 6 is always how I understood it. To be honest not sure why lol know reason behind that?
@@BuildBreakFix drips down over the bearing and if it can’t flow out of the bottom it causes issues
@fletcherjacobs3688 interesting. Never considered that! Ty!
@@BuildBreakFix Im glad I could enlighten you. Looking forward to seeing the next episode
@fletcherjacobs3688 I hope we have actually runner with carnage 😆
Can you run a muffler on the turbo or would that take the hp away
Yeah would kill it. Has to be header but unrestricted or impeller won't spin up
I wonder if that turbo will work on the 79cc
Yes 50-110cc
Keep in mind you need to pull roughly 2° timing per pound of boost .
😂 there is hope! Finally one person knew that! No one mentioned it once till now. 😉👍
It'll be a fun challenging project to see if you can get running good.
Untill I can afford to get my van on the road.... I'm gonna find a decent used riding lawnmower & build a removable cold weather enclosure for it. Like I've seen others on CZcams do, it looks like a mini tractor. Hopefully be able to rig it to where it'll go 25-35mph but still can cut grass at normal speeds......That way in winter I can also rig up a snow blower or snow plow in front & mow in the summer. If it's cold or rainy & your car won't start. You can hop into your mower/mini tractor & cruise 25mph across town to the store 😂
Go kart man all the way. F'n blast even if you're freezing 😂
God damm, finally someone doing something for the old good hs142f
💵💵 💵 none stop till it runs. 😂
They make a small electric turbo and I thought about trying it out on a bike. Just have to mount a small battery somewhere
It would work. But the carb will run out of fuel. Very hard to set up. I hear second carb is how most run them
@@BuildBreakFix it would be a pain in the ass to set up but it would be fun to do
Where can I get one of those 😁
eBay (micro turbo) they are not cheap!
@@BuildBreakFix sweet just got a 105cc 4 stroke today 😁
The compression ratio should be fine to turbo, I think it is 7.4:1, but you'll need to retard the timing some.
Yuppers 2 degrees per 1psi 😆
@@BuildBreakFix Good to know. I hope our engines can spool this lil guy, but it looks more for a 200cc engine.
Probally get better atomization with a pull threw.
That turbo is oil cooled!
Water cooled. Water jacket. It's what the avt it came off uses
@@BuildBreakFix Where are the oil ports? Water cooled turbos have 4 ports. water ports are equal size.
How are you supposed to get a little 53cc 4 stroke to produce enough exhaust to get the turbo going? Need 12-14 Hp 2 stroke, to start the smallest turbo on the market
star_border
Brand new item. Smaller then my all eBay micro turbos by 1/3 the sizes. Edit: Video already of it spinning up on my channel
@@BuildBreakFix It is not smaller than a KP 31.
Clone of a BorgWarner KP35….
x2 star_border; it’s not smaller than a KP31 or a GT0632SZ Garrett
fit it to a lawnmower
😆 900mph bad tip speed
