sir,do you need expensible airshaft and safetychuck we are a china factory can offer you with a low price
That got some patina
They making reams of paper
just watched vid and thought ask dad and he said i installed many of those told me weird name suction couch with felt , he worked at Westbury engineering Elton installing paper machines allover UK portalds bank England and one in India and Sweden engineer matinance fitter
7:38 I remember working at paper mill when 17 and seeing that Light and siren and seeing radiation sign and guy slowing it down changing a roll and all the paper coming out the side and having to jump on it to flatten it
Awesome explanation ..... Thank you
Where is pulp?
Hello sir please help me
Please tell me WhatsApp
Finally got itttt
Thank you 😊
Perfectly explain thanks a lot!
Okay?
How many Cost of paper meking plant
Very exited to see this
Hello sir i have some questions about sizing material.. Any contact number of your for conversation?? Thanks
Hello Steven im starting an egg tray manufacturing business and i would like you to help me ,what do you recommend for egg tray manufacturing for strengthening and water proofing? Thank you
And if there is anyway i can get direct contact with you.
Thank you
I’ve got some cracking memorabilia of this place, some of the 1950s archer magazines and a workers notebook belonging to a ‘glenn’ it was a C machine recipe book, containing all the different papers made on the Beloit machine. Plugwraps, PE panda and ivy verge papers ect…. All documented with instructions on how to start the machine and change speeds!
Can you share your email address
It is interesting can you explai😄about coffee husk fiber extraction by chemical pulping
I watched many of your papermaking classes, quite enjoyed them. But, I was wondering, is there a more modern way of sizing paper (surface sizing)? Specially to make a paper more resistant to moisture/water? I was wondering if one could surface size a coloring book paper to be able to use watercolor or water based pens on it without bleeding… I tried gelatin, and while it does prevent bleeding to the other side, the response of the water based medium on top of it is very washed down. Would a distilled water and CMC solution work better?

Thank you very much sir,I have 1 question ,how to know pulp strength
Thank you steven. Very useful
worked there in late 69 to 71
In a closed mill, cationic starch at the wet end will have no benefits? Because no unmodified starch will be coming back with water and add on the sheet at max percentages, is it correct?
Cationic starch if used at size press where no threat of drainage is a good idea?, can it provide better strength properties than unmodified starch because of its affinity to fibers?
Is there anything other than oh groups that improve the bursting strength, e.g binding property of starches with higher amylopectin ratio?
Hi, u mentioned that raw starch has no affinity with the fiber, can cationic starch be used at the size press? And what properties amylose and amylopectin parts bring, relevant to paper making?
Does surface sizing agents like SMA, SAE, SAA, EAA can improve the busting strength of the paper
Sound is not clear
would u please introduce some emulsifiers,I'm quite interested in that
Sir, your sound is very poor. I cant hear you properly
Very nice knowledge
Thank you really needed the overview for my sulfite and sulfate paper exam tomorrow!
thank you sir
To kill bacteria and fungi, one can use Ultra Violet or ozone, but they tend to dose biocides as its easier. Two types od defoamers, glycol fat, or water based, water mixes better. Catiofast, percol, Starch and Bentonite are also added.
Thanks
Percol, bentonite, starch .
They modify the starch in a jet cooker with steam. Then it's mixed into the pulp and jetted onto the fourdrinier.
Homogenised stickies in the disperger. Use Bentonite.

Audio is not clear,pl correct it sir
In the mechanism part of this vedio aluminum rosante formed when rosin reacts with alum?
Does rice starch aid sizing, some says sizing efficiency increase when rice starch used instead of corn starch.
Can Alum be used in Paper Making without rosin to achieve water proofing (sizing/cobb).. Some paper Mills in Pakistan use starch and alum at size press to improve bursting and cobb, is this possible or this am accurate approach.??
Hi. Thanks for your question. The short answer is no. Rosin does the waterproofing- the alum holds it in place in the fibre. I have never heard of, or seen alum used with starch. I cannot see how it works. The starch will provide extra hydrogen bonds which is why the burst will increase. This may contribute to an improvement in temporary wet strength. This may show up on a short cobb like 30 seconds or 1 minute. But I guess you will never see it on a 5 minute cobb
Hi, interesting video. So, if I wanted to create a spray (16 oz bottle) to desize my cotton shirts how would I go about doing that?
Could you please tell me the material of mesh in the mould? Is it stainless steel or not?
Hi. It is phosphor bronze
@@PaperClassroom oh. Thanks for your response
@@PaperClassroom can we use plastic instead of bronze and stainless steel
@@dodger7789 yes. Plastic can be used. It has replaced the phosphor bronze on most paper machines
@@PaperClassroom im gonna use stainless steel mesh. I dont know how it works. What are your thoughts
