In a closed mill, cationic starch at the wet end will have no benefits? Because no unmodified starch will be coming back with water and add on the sheet at max percentages, is it correct?
What it takes to build a closed mill, if so many benefits why there are so many semi closed or open Mills, I believe making a closed mill require capital expenditure
