What is generally the main equipment machines used in mechanical pulping? Can you make some introduction to those machines?

    What is semi -mechanical pulping??

Semi-mechanical pulping is also called semi chemical pulping or hybrid pulping
Mechanical pulping involves reducing a tree to individual fibres using only mechanical methods, such as a grindstone or efiner. No chemicals are used
Chemical pulping involves reducing a tree to individual fibres using only chemicals at high temperatures and pressure. No mechanical methods are used. The chemicals dissolve the lignin that glues the fibres together.
Seemi-mechanical pulping involves treating wood chips with chemicals to remove/destroy some of the lignin, THEN, putting the material through a refiner to break up the remaining fibre clumps
