    Can you use enzymes with RF?

      This was one of the topics of my PhD in 1979. The answer at the time was no. Some of the contamination damaged the enzymes. Things may have changed. I suggest you contact Buchmann. They do a lot of work in this area

      That was the topic of my PhD (a long time ago). The answer at the time was no. the varied and uncontrolled contaminants interfered with the enzyme. I guess if you are very selective with your RF, it may be possible.

      It is. Enzymes are being increasingly used in the industry, particularly in tissue mills. As pressure increases to use less energy i'm sure enzymes will be used more and more
