Sir micro particles can reduce final product brightness?.

It depends what the Microparticles are, but generally yes. Most things are less bright than filler, therefore most things will reduce brightness.

Could this microparicles escape from the wire openings and the white water will give high value of suspended solids so the FPR value became less??

I would not think so. There are not a lot of them and the oppositely charged polymer would mop them up
