What ever you do Rick don't use bonds under there use fiberglass resin/ tiger hair it is water prof and as you know it is prone to rust under there good video thanks brother.

To keep your rubber mat in place use a light spray of ados f1 adhesive on one side of the rubber.
I put the mat on when the paint was still a little tacky about a couple minutes earlier than I normally allow for flash time . I did a large vertical section. Then did a light spray with the base coat more like a mist . Finally did two coats of clear.

Line up the front end then doors ,,then line up the quarters with the doors and deck then ....last thing is weld quarters.

You should start smell first and Bock it out and try to keep it as thin as possible I don't think you to go overkill with Bondo acruse my statement maybe late.

Damn brother, I thought I was the only one that had happened to. Mine just did the same, the floorboard bent up, across from side to side and it’s bad, now my body panels are starting to bend a little too. I need some help figuring things out. Can u give me advice? How can I contact you?

$14.99 for that little bottle of PRE? That was 8 years ago. It must be like $25 by now in 2020. I do the same cleaning with acetone on a spray bottle then wipe it off with new cotton rags or the blue roll paper shop towels. To etch my metals & light rust removing, I buy Concrete & Metal Prep from Home Depot on the paint department. It comes in a slightly transparent plastic bottle & you can see that the liquid inside in green. Right now it sells online for $17.97. Hope this helps some people.
