    Happy Easter ❤️
    Another week, another Ab workout.
    These 10 min. will help you to work on your side obliques and total core strength.
    The goal is to lose muffin top fat and get a nice hourglass shape.
    The music again is my fav. in this one.
    I focused on exercises that challenge you to work deep into your side ab muscles.
    No breaks, as you already know me ;)
    Let‘s have some fun together and work for a slim waist.
    Do this 3-4 times a week if you want to see fast results.
    Remember, losing fat always includes a mixture of working out and a healthy diet.

    This really helps not kidding. I’ve been doing this for five days now and guys it works. My waist came down from 24 inches to 23.5 inches. And I’ve realised that my stomach remains less bloated after eating a lot than before!

    these comments really motivated me to do this soooo :
    day 1 : i did NOT expect this to have no breaks lmao
    day 2 : mf is this a small waist workout or a neck workout ? // okay so today I drank more water, went on a tiny walk, ate less (did not starve myself don’t worry), I ate healthier, yesterday my waist was at 79cm and it is now at 77/77,5cm)
    day 3 : so idk why it says i posted this comment 1 day ago but nvm... anyway today was wayyy easier!! oh and also this night i could really feel my abs burning lmao which is a good sign!
    day 4 : mary twists is a life saver. without this exercise my head would fall off lmao // after this video i tried the 11 line abs workout but literally stopped at the second exercise lol i couldn’t manage to do it
    day 5 : today was cheat day for two reasons : 1) I had some guests and 2) for the first time in a really long time it was hot and sunny outside so I had an ice cream // also I don’t feel like doing the workout today but I will tomorrow :)) have a good day y’all!
    day 6 : aahhhh again i won’t have time to do it today so i’ll do un update: i want to marry this workout. it works so well. my loves handles? i can barely seem them. i al way less bloated. they key: eat less, eat healthy, drink a lot of water, do this workout and BELEIVE in yourself and take all the stress away. u got this:)
    day 7 : i almost forgot to do it today lmao, anyway today was good but let’s say the combo really hot weather x first day of periods isn’t the best lmao
    day 8 : i couldn’t do it with my periods sorryyyy
    day 9 : okay so i have lost around 1kg, i don’t have love handles or muffin top anymore so now i’m moving on another workout, probs an ab workout :)) my journey on this video ends here, good luck to everyone doing this!!
    BTW : i’m gonna try to eat less, eat healthier, more slowly, drink a lot of water and maybe go on some walks :)) and i will do this video as long as needed ;)

    I’ve done this work out 2 times a day for a week and I’ve never in my life seen such fast results this work out even lifted my booty and gave me a tight jawline.
    coming from a person who’s been working out from CZcams for the past two years I have never came across such a perfect video but NO BREAKS.
    Hey It’s been over a month and I’m so proud of myself not only me, but people around me can see my results. This doesn’t only make you stronger but teaches you discipline to not quit. That burns sucks but the video ends just like those feelings and emotions if I can do it so can you don’t let your laziness win.

    Remember, patients is key. It can take you a couple of days, weeks, months or even years to see changes in your body, but every exercise works, it just takes time. Don’t give up! Keep going and never stop! You can do this!!! 💖

    Now my waist is 90 cm and my goal is to be 80 cm in 10 days. İt is difficult but not impossible.Wish me luck🥳
    Day1: 90 cm
    Day6: 87 cm
    It's been 2 months, I lost 6 kilos in this process, my waist is 76 cm. All I do is eat healthy and exercise.

    Day 1: ✅ it was really tiring
    Day 2: ❌ I forgot 😭🤡
    Day 3: ✅ my legs hurt a bit, but I made it! 😍

      if your neck hurts, your not using your core enough. try “squeezing” your stomach when doing the exercises. hope this helps

      Don’t lift yourself off the ground with your neck. This is a veeery common mistake when doing ab exercises!look ahead and use your core

    so imma start doing to workouts a day now so this is gonna be like a track thing
    day 1: ayeee it was fun i liked the variety BUT DID NOT EXPECT NO BREAKS but but i didnt like stop or pause it or anything im proud 😩 did this after a daisy keech ab workout so it was double the pain
    day 2: JESUS THIS IS A NECK WORKOUT I CAN BARELY BREATHE hm it went quicker today than it did yesterday n it was pretty good. gonna do the daisy keech one now as well because im tryna be snatched
    day 3: done im getting used to it now
    day 4: so havent done it in a while cause ive been doing a different workout. it hurt my neck so much omg
    day 5: i did it at like 11 oclock n my sister came in it was embarrassing but we move. it was pretty good hurt not too much

    Day 2:✅ was harder but I did it
    Day 3:✅ wasn’t that hard

    I start today with the workout for 14 days. In addition to these workouts, I also do other hourglass, bootie, arm and leg workouts. I also do hula hoop for an hour a day (hopefully)
    Waist before: 74cm
    > Week 1 <
    Day 1: ✅ Felt like an AB workout. It was exhausting but not sooo much.
    Day 2: ✅ Today was a bit easier than yesterday. But my abs still hurt omg.
    Day 3: ❌ But i hula hooped for an hour
    Day 4: ❌ But I hula hooped for an hour
    Day 5: ✅ Ahh i'm so glad it's over! 10 minutes is so long. But it went well. I also trained with the hula hoop for an hour today.
    Day 6: ✅ Did it and it will be easier.
    Day 7: ✅ Doneee!
    Weekly update!!!
    Ok guys I see such a difference! My waist is becoming more and more a ⏳. FYI: I also did another hourglass workout and hula hoop for an hour a day.
    After a week: Before: 74 cm
    After: 71 cm

    hi i'm back I was on vacation for 2 weeks and only did the workout from time to time at the beginning. But since I want to do it consistently, I'll start again from scratch.
    But what might also be very important is that I lost 2 kilos on vacation and remain in a calorie deficit. But if you want to ask something more specific, I'll be happy to answer :)
    Waist before (measured in the evening): 70.5
    > Week one <
    Day 1: ✅ (30 min HH)
    Day 2: ❌ (60 min HH)
    Day 3: ✅ slowly i become to love this workout (60 min HH)

    this really works! (no dieting)
    starting at 27 inches
    Day 1 : ✅ this was intense, i took some breaks but my abs are on fire! (27)
    Day 2 : ✅ took less breaks and i my waist looks a bit slimmer! (26.5)
    Day 3 : ✅ a bit tired because i did a bit of kickboxing before but i can see the improvement! (26.5)
    Day 4 : ✅ i realized that it really helps to reduce bloating after meals! (26)
    Day 5 : ✅ i feel so much more confident!!! (25.5)
    Day 6 : ✅ wow! this also helps with getting rid of lower abs fat!! (25.5)
    by the way, if you want better results, instead of dieting and replacing all the bad food by fruits and vegetables, you should try simply adding healthy food to your meals and drink more water/tea, it will help reduce bloating and keep you energized! love yourself the way you are, you’re perfect!!

      @@Simone-vi5wm these types of exercises are to "soft" so they don't make you bulkier; you need to train pretty hard to gain that much of muscle (like those men workouts vids)

    Guys I’m not even joking, I’ve been doing this for a week now and I see little changes each day, I also don’t get bloated after eating (I am eating extremely healthy) and drink loads of water! Patience is key, some days ur gonna see changes other days ur not and that’s when u have to stay consistence and not give up ❤️

    Doing this for 10 days!
    Day 1: It was a little hard
    Day 2: I got sore but it was easy (My core is already advanced but I can feel soreness from yesterday)
    Day 10: I lost 1 1/2 inches by dieting and working out!!! I recommend putting HIIT/ Cardio workouts after this

    lol okayy so hey guys, im currently on my fitness journey and i just wanted to share some of my progress with you. I started this work out this morning and let me tell you i saw instant results.
    so basically what i did was...
    i did this work out at 9 am along with some flat stomach ones.
    I took a nap.
    woke up.
    ate some food.
    looked in the mirror..
    and BOOM i saw an immediate difference. i know that i will have to keep working out to achieve my goal, but i just wanted to tell you guys the progress i saw.

    Going to do this for 18 days. I’ll keep you all updated.
    ✅DAY 1 - it was very hard, almost gave up but did it.
    ✅DAY 2 - it was much easier than yesterday. And my muscles hurt so it’s s good sign.
    ✅DAY 3 - my muscles still hurt so it was a bit hard to keep going, but I didn’t give up!! Also I’m already seeing changes, my waist looks more toned. But keep in mind that I’m also doing other workouts and a little bit of cardio.

    sooo guys, im gonna do this in every 2nd day
    day1: felt awesome, i couldnt stop smiling at the surprise
    day2: it was a bit harder, but still enjoyed it
    day3: in the morning i noticed in my waist a change, it has started to look like an hourglass shape, and my stomach is definitely flatter

    day4: i missed the workout, i feel so fit and proud cuz i didnt stop
    day5: id see more results if i wouldnt eat sweets for breakfast too:))
    day6:first time of my life when i was disappointed when i saw the workout is over:) btw i am working out every other day since 3rd january and i am so much happier, my classmates always askin me how am i this energic=))))) and the results are better and better every day! if ure wondering to start working out DO IT! the first step is always the hardest, and do it for yourself only!

    My waist went down 2 inches in three weeks. Remember being consistent is key. Also every body is different so it’s possible your waist could get smaller faster then mine, or it might even take longer. I believe in you

    I don’t know if it matters but I have been performing this 10 mins abs every alternate days since 2 weeks now and I have to say it’s given me a cinched waist, I didn’t have a big tummy but I still do have a lil pooch but this workout has definitely carved my upper abs and cinched my waist giving an hourglass shape 💪🏻 I love it more because it’s plankless 🙈

    I have been doing this workout for 10 days straight and I have NEVER and I mean NEVER seen my stomach this flat and this toned. I’m am so shocked with the results u need to try!     doing this for 1 week! i’m glad there are no side planks bc i cant do side planks for the life of me 🥲
    Day 1: ✅ the burn was surreal
    Day 2: ✅ easier but still burned
    Day 3: ✅ burned. starting to see something
    Day 4: ✅ once again, burned.
    Day 5: ✅ didn’t burn as much as it usually does, but i can definitely see a difference in my waist.

    uuuh ima do it for 14 days bc i ordered some real cute clothes and want a tiny waist for when they arrive ok
    height: 5’5. weight: 72kg. waist: 78cm.
    i know i’m fat :)
    day 1: ✅
    day 2:✅ day 2 hurt so much worse and i was yawning and falling asleep the whole time
    day 3: ✅
    day 4: ✅ i noticed that i struggled less in some areas! i also noticed my hip fat slipping away a bit :D
    day 5: ✅ toe taps burnnnnnnn. i was still yawning lots during it but i’m getting better at some of the exercises
    day 6: ❌feeling bad abt myself bc i currently weigh 72kg but then weighed myself and i was 74kg bc i ate so much today and was rlly unhealthy i don’t know how to lose weight i’ve been trying for so long and ever since then i’ve gained 14kg i haven’t lost anything!!!! i tried to do it today but i felt so sick and literally couldnot
    day 7: ✅ the exercises are getting easier but man my neck hurts so bad from doing this.
    day 8: ✅ i don’t think i’m making any progress i’ve gained weight like what :(

      You need to do a diet to maintain your weight. If you wanna lose weight it's all about what you eat.

      Muscle weighs more than fat. I’m a PT. Dont stop because you have put on muscle. Drink heaps of water, add more protein to your diet, cut out sugar, drink more green tea, go for more long walks (it builds lean muscle mass and is good for the mind). Enjoy the process and acknowledge its a process. Make it a lifestyle otherwise you’ll trick your mind into demotivating! Enjoy and all the best

    I have done this and HIIT workouts for the past two months and with eating healthy and taking in a LOT of probiotics I can say I seen hell of a difference, for the others out there don’t give up on it, even if you want too- encourage yourself and set a POV for yourself ✨🖤 eat a much probiotics (bonus if they’re aimed for the gut system) as well as eating right.

    soo I used to be really happy and blessed with my body, I was skinny, long legs, abs and I could eat what I want without gaining weight. (im not bragging just finally appreciate the way I look, but like a few years ago I was almost underweighted but not like its too unhealthy yk) but things kinda changed.. well im still like that but I don't feel like it, I can't eat what I want without gaining weight anymore so it feels for me like im getting fat to be honest.. I have eaten soo much today and now I feel bad for doing that so I hope this helps with staying how I look and maybe even losing some more, good luck everyone!
    ( im reallyy reallyyy not bragging or something I just never really realized how blessed I am so I just wanna let y'all know everyone has there own goals and I just wanna share mine and maybe helping some other who have the same thing
