12 MIN. DAILY ABS WORKOUT | lose belly fat & build a strong core
This 12 minute ab workout is a daily challenge to lose belly fat and tone your core muscles. Get results by working your abs everyday. It is a 12 minute workout but you will have fun, feel the burn and see changes fast. These ab exercises target all your muscle groups as lower, upper and side abs. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.

.✩+* start: june 2, 2024 *+✩. note: - i'm doing a variety of other workouts, as well as heavy lifting and strength training concurrently with this video - i'm only doing this workout once a day bc i'm doing the other things - i'm kinda going for a more muscular look (so i'm focusing on muscle mass too and not just slimming) - i'm not really following a specific diet but i'm trying to eat less carbs/processed foods/sugar and more protein/fruits/veggies/clean - i'll only update measurements when I feel like there's a visible change measurements: - hips: 40 in - waist: 30 in day 1: ✅ doneee , it burned haha, but I have high hopes for this workout :)
