- This 12 minute ab workout is a daily challenge to lose belly fat and tone your core muscles. Get results by working your abs everyday. It is a 12 minute workout but you will have fun, feel the burn and see changes fast. These ab exercises target all your muscle groups as lower, upper and side abs. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.

I'm going to try the routine for 15 days, I know that to completely define a low percentage of fat (diet) is needed, therefore I don't expect the six pack haha 🙂
