- This 10 minute summer abs workout is my new favorite abs routine for a bikini figure. I included the best exercises for toned and lean abs. Do this 10 minute workout before summer to make your summer abs ready. For a flat stomach, I would recommend to do this workout for 14 days straight, everyday.

You're doing it right! If you lift to challenge your abdominals its normal to feel it in your neck too!
