The Hourglass Challenge focuses on a small waist and wider hips and a round booty. We focus on exercises that tone and sculpt your waist and abs and build a booty and lift your buttcheeks for a perky booty effect.

Loved it! The Triangle Hold was SO exhausting. My abs were on fire during/after that one!
This was so good and dynamic and I love how this didn't work with wrists, because mine are damaged. The last exercise was a bit confusing but may as whole because by then I was too tired !

I’ve been doing this workout for about a month or 2 every other day and I have sm definition but it’s Also diet but it works guys.
