    i'm kinda late to this video, but a clarification to anyone who's confused about results- you'll see a major change the first time you do it because that's when you relax your tensed muscles for the first time. the times after that, your legs are already relieved of the built-up tension and stress, which is why there's not as much of a change. however, you should keep stretching in order to keep your muscles relaxed! (i'm saying this as a ballet dancer who stretches literally every day, i know my stuff! hope this helps!)

    As a ballet dancer this helped sm! After ballet classes my muscles get really tense and this foam rolling really helped release that tension and pain :)

    my calves and thighs only reduced by half a centimeter, but this stretching and massage are so good for a post workout. I felt my muscles so more relaxed, and maybe this will prevent swolleness. I will use this after every workout or yoga session, thank you April!

    Thighs: 48.5 cm --> 47 cm!!!
    Your exercise did not only reduce the thigh size but also strengthened them. I felt less tired at my thighs when I did bodyweight exercises. It helps other exercises (both bodyweight and cardio) more effective.

      @@iffatfarooqui1349 Oh I think you can also use your hands to massage but it's better to use a foam roller if you want a better result plus a foam roller is affordable for most people :)

    this works! i went 34-32 in my calfs, i was really tense and sore the last few days i really needed this. sidenote= i used a glass jar and gently rolled since i dont have a roller yet!

    So I can’t completely tell if this works since I couldn’t see a visual difference but since I lost my FREAKING measuring tape AGAIN I can’t completely tell but at least my legs aren’t so tense that they feel like they are about to suffocate themselves! Thanks April 😌✨

    Love love love this ^^ My calves slimmed a tiny bit but most of all my legs felt a lot more relaxed. I love how you explain the muscles for each massage/stretch. It was very painful for me this time (first time) but I hope if I keep doing this, it will get better :D
