Yes, you should not forget about the rest of your daily regimen, namely nutrition and sleep. Nutrition will allow you to build muscle mass faster and transform your body. Sleep, on the other hand, will allow you to recover faster and train more. For maximum progress I recommend eating 3-4 times a day ( cereals, meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts ) and sleeping 9-10 hours a day
And remember that before repeating such exercises, you should stretch well for 10 minutes to avoid injury

@@Alex-gj6sp Yeah, though not commonly “common”, it can lead to the chronic state if these are done excessively everyday ; so, a balance to it will put one in a safer side; tending or nursing muscle strain is what we don’t want to happen or appear for a long period of time
@@LoneShadow1.0 Too fuckin late for me brother. I took the 'no pain no gain' way too serious and done pretty super excessive pushups everyday. And fck me I ended up having costochondritis. Tho I built pretty good pecs so fast but now I can't do that much as I used to do. I started gaining fat. This shit fuckin ruined my consistency. I'm still tryna get it back tho. Tried to started with 50 pushups a day again. But I can't do "One set to failure" workouts anymore. Thinking about doing it again with pain killers.

Few things to point out:
The 2nd pushup excersize mainly works on your backarms and not much on your chest. As a result you don't get much of a pump for your chest; this a chest workout routine. Secondly, the (semi) girly pushup is mainly based to build upon the upper half of your body (chest included) but it doesn't work as effectively.
Here what I do -
Movement Pushups (sliding pushups)
Incline pushups
Regular Pushups
Tilted hand pushups (what prisoners mainly use this as there form)
And if you want too, you can change up your form for your pushups. This enables certain parts for your body to be used in production. Do as much as you possibly can, and don't rush into the workout as it you'll injure yourself, and give your very less resting time.
With the 2nd workout, you did try, but it wasn't as effective. Your resting time should've been more and this would beenfit for how much reps you do.
I first work on endurance, then i work on the muscles this made me do more for my workouts at home

And that's how I ended up having costochondritis. I pushed beyond my limits and now every time I do pushups I can literally feel the pain of heart attack. So if anyone got inspired by watching videos like these just be careful. Or you will regret it and the worst part is you can't be able to do any workouts for long while without pain killers. Most people just don't know about this. Only people who had costochondritis are aware of this.!
