By popular demand, I made a 10-minute video that will perfectly help you pump up ABS Packs and remove fat from your stomach. On my channel there were a lot of videos about ABS from three to five minutes, but this video is completely aimed at all muscle groups and to some extent will be a workout challenge for those who want to get a quick transformation of the body, at least because it's summer

Finally, after 1 and half weeks of regular working out I was able to complete the whole workout without resting.
i always do two of your abs workout daily ..started a 10 days ago this time i changed the second workout video by this one ...didn't knew it was little bit tough to do , but i completed the workout💪💪💪..This has become my top fitness channel

Somehow I made it all the way through (I recommend doing Ivan's 5 minute ab workouts before coming to this one). Again I must commend Ivan on his ability to create routines. Though this set didn't have a designated rest the placement of certain movements enabled me to recuperate and keep going. The only trouble is now I feel pain in each individual ab bump, is that normal? Lol

that's bad! u should always feel the burn or ur not exercising properly
if uve done these exercises specifically for a long time, I say u switch to another harder ab exercise video to feel the burn again, or just do it until failure

Llevo siguiendo este vídeo unos meses, no lo hago muchas veces a la semana (3 o 4, cuando me apetece acompañarlo con mi rutina), y debo decir que es bastante buena.
Seguir el ritmo del vídeo es lo idóneo, pero si empiezas y no puedes solo hazlo como te salga, a tu ritmo y sin ninguna prisa, ya verás que cada vez te ves capaz de hacerlo mejor. Yo seguiré este vídeo un tiempo más hasta que decida probar con otro que sea un poco más difícil.
No recomendaría que uno se mate a ejercitar todos los días los abdominales; si bien se recuperan más rápido que otros grupos musculares yo prefiero descansarlos, pero esto ya depende de cada uno (de verdad, con hacerlo 3 veces a la semana se nota la mejora).
También, aunque imagino que es evidente, hacer la rutina no va a hacer que pierdas la barriga; acompáñalo con una dieta para perder grasa para marcar los abdominales (lo digo porque este tipo de vídeos suelen sacar visitas de gente que piensa que hacer un ejercicio en una zona específica te va a hacer perder grasa ahí, solo intento ayudar :D)

Para hacer crecer los músculos me han recomendado comer bastante
@@maracuchannelUna cosa diferente es marcar definición e hipertrofia. Esto que hace el del video es definición, te recomiendo hacerlo cuando llegues a tu maximo de musculo alcanzable luego dale duro a estos ejercicios de abdomen y verás el resultado.

Este es mi primer día haciendo está rutina, tengo 15 años ,llevo aprox 2 meses haciendo otra rutina que me ayudó a marcar la zona del abdomen pero no me brotaron los cuadros ,unos amigos me recomendaron está rutina y la estoy probando .
Cada semana subiré como me siento ,amo el ejercicio pero por problemas en la columna no puedo hacer en exceso así que siempre hago lo posible y me aferró .
A final de semana subiré como me siento y como veo mi cuerpo .
1ra semana.
Sinceramente no se te van a marcar los abs en una semana , pero en mi caso ya tenía la forma ,no se nota a simple vista pero al tocar se siente el abdomen más fortalecido y se sienten un poco las divisiones
No subí las otras semanas , terminé con mi novia y me puse a hacer la rutina 2 veces al día por dos repeticiones y en 3 semanas se me ha marcado la parte de el abdomen y en la parte de la ingle , ahora gracias a ella ví que está rutina si sirve jaja 💔
Yo voy hacer esto dos vece al dia por 1 mes y te cuento hmano aver si se msrca los abs🙌💯

Abs are not the hardest
abs are one of the easiest just takes like one month if u aint have some fat to lose. Back and chest are the hardest
It depends upon our own perspective of views, I find it hard and I find chest and back workouts easier so there u have it.

I am starting this for 1 month, every day for 1 or two times a day… along with other exercise and diet. I well let you know if there’s results and or anything else that happens. Ps thanks for the vid I love it! Edit: I did end up doing and saw massive results! I encourage all of you to do this and get in shape for whatever reason you have. @@apsis-brawlstars586 You basically just gotta have a negative calorie defict. If you just eat smaller meals consisting of more protein and cut back on unneccesary sugar, you should see results immediately. Hope this helps :)

Excelente rutina… yo soy delgado y hoy empecé esta rutina, es un poco dura pero se puede!!, al terminar si se vio la división en mis abdominales… OJO!! Soy delgado, bajo % de grasa así que es obvio que el abdomen muestre divisiones al terminar una rutina de abdominales…
Haré esta rutina 3 veces por semana… iré reportando cada semana o actualizaré información al cumplir el mes…
