I'm no expert at this but here's one key trick that's kinda working for me: eat lots of food and make sure the calories in it are higher than what you burn through workout. You can also make a protein milkshake using banana, almond, cashews, etc etc. That's what I'm doing now.
Eat clean, whole foods. Clean fuel. Dairy milk causes inflammation, too much meat causes kidney and colon issues. It is not worth it to gain muscle and be sick on the inside
