Put water bottles in a backpack and use that as a dumbell untill you get a proper one.I use it too and its perfectly fine
@Marko Marin Try it for your own strength. If you want muscle growth, you should do 8-12 reps. So adjust the weight so you cant do more than 12 reps in 1 set.
@Marko Marin you'll get it by trial and error...put in a few bottles and set a timer for around 40-45 sec on your phone ..if you're able to push it upto that point then that's the ideal weight...if u feel u can do the movement u r performing for for like atleast 25-30 more secs then try to increase the weight a bit...if u feel u can't do anymore reps before the 40 sec mark then try reducing the weight a bit...good luck brah!💪

Não tive condição financeira de ir a academia esse mês, tô fazendo os exercícios a 1 semana junto a alguns anilhas que tenho aqui em casa..
Os exercícios são mt bons, estou tendo um baita resultado.
Mas vale lembrar que se você não beber bastante água diariamente, não comer proteínas, e não se alimentar bastante.. não vai ter nem 40% dos resultados que poderia ter se estivesse fazendo tudo isso diariamente..

Данный комплекс можно делать таким образом :1денб данная тренировка, 2 день кардио, пресс, 3 день спина,4 день кардио , 5 день ноги, плечи, 6 день данная тренировка

На самом деле различия на самом первом видео, где ты в футболке лишь в том, что слева - ты наклонил плечи вперёд, спрятав грудь, и делал это в расслабленном состоянии, а справа - выпячил грудь максимально, расправив плечи, и после серьёзной тренировки, где ты забил грудь и трицепс. Любой более-менее смышленный это поймёт.
А так в целом для домашних условий упражнения неплохие, за исключением 4 и 7 - где нагрузка больше ложится на плечи, нежели на грудь.
