Sir I am following your 8 weeks muscle building programme... Actually I am a skinny fat guy... In past I lost 9kg weight in six months by fat loss exercise but now I want to build muscle... So I am following full body workout plan for three alternative days... From 1st May I am doing only body weight exercises such as push up, squat, and by using brick deadlift, shoulder press, bent Row
Hi Dharma, to build muscles either follow body weight workouts or do resistance bands workout as I uploaded on my channel and along with that take protein rich diet with other nutrients. Check Diet plan and pre and post workout videos that I have in my 8 weeks series.

One correction. Biceps will not be targeted but rotating hand inwards in pushups. Because biceps are used only to pull, not to push.

Hi sir, I have started your 8week programme, have few doubts in mind as I have love handles and a little belly fat. Should I include the abs workout with the other body exercise on alternate day basis? How many abs workout on daily basis?
Hello Saurabh. Firstly, spot reduction is not possible. You cannot reduce fat from one part of your body. In order to lose fat, you need to be calories deficit(eat less calories than your maintenance calories). When you lose fat you lose from every where and eventually from you belly and sides. These workouts will help you to tone your abs and sides muscles and also burn calories. As far as frequency is concerned, don’t do abs workout more than 2 times a week because abs are also muscles and they need time to recover.

Hi Ujjawal, in order to gain weight you need to be in calories surplus. Workout will help you to gain muscle mass.

Sir consistent toh thaa but diet ka problem hai mee apaka video dekha hu but digestion issue hai mee 1.5 year gym kiyaa but still skinny due to digestive issue

Hello Rohit, Rest day ke din rest karen ya light cardio bhi karsakte hai.. recovery aur muscle gain ke liye rest lena bahut zaruri hai.
