Guys, in this video I'm explaining all about resistance bands (Hindi). Resistance bands your personal gym if you how to use resistance bands. I'm trying to answer all the questions about the resistance bands, like what are resistance bands? how to use resistance bands? What to check before buying resistance bands? What the positives and negatives of resistance bands? and along with that, some safety tips. This is an introductory video and in the next video, I'm going to tell you about full-body workout using resistance bands. So stay tuned.

I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Bro, After watching your abs video, I bought cheap quality bands from Amz which used a plastic link between bands and the steel hook (or whatever it's called). That got broken within a week. Please tell me if the one that is being used by you, also uses the similar kind of plastic link. I can see 'reinforced link' is written on the listing though.

What's the difference between loop resistance band and the rope one

Both are good and very useful. Its you personal choice. You can do almost all workouts with both loop and bands. You can go for either of them. I'm going to make a series for loop bands also. May be after my weight loss series coming next.

The colours may vary in different brands(light colours usually represent light resistance and dark colours represent heavy resistance)so go for bands with different resistance levels and stack them as per your need. Thanks

How to check quality of band and connecter / joints while making a purchase online?
Good question, since you cannot physically check the quality online but you can at least check the type of joint. It should be single joint with rubber padding or go through the reviews and see if anyone faced issue with the connectors or joints. You can also check it after receiving the product, if you don't find it okay then return it :).
