    This video shares a 20-minute full body flexibility routine for beginners to help you get moving and increasing basic levels of range of motion. It targets the upper body by mobilising the neck and spine, improving thoracic rotation and stretching the pecs. For the lower body, stretch the glutes, open the hip flexors, lengthen the hamstrings and more.

    I have been doing these follow alongs since the very first one, and I think they're really great! Only thing I've noticed is that we start from the head and work our way down, but it never gets passed hamstrings/hip flexors, I would love some calf and ankle stretches at the end of the routine

    I’m a 45 year old mum of 3 that did a lot of yoga through lockdown. Now I do none and am stiff as a board, so stiff in fact that I can’t straighten my arms in upward dog anymore! I need to make time for myself but it’s a struggle. 10/20 min videos are great. Thank you

    I've tried a lot of stretching videos but i just keep coming back to yours! They just feel the best and i love how the stretches are held for a longer time, so i really have the chance to kind of breathe myself deeper into the positions :) thank you, keep it up!

    I'm 58 years now and could not do any exercises because of an shoulder injury for a long time. I've watched a lot of videos on YT and this is definitely the best one to "come in to exercises" again. And by the way I like the forrest surrounding. Although one knows that this is "only a video" it feels much better than to watch a teacher in front of a white wall. Sorry for mistakes in english language. Thank you and best wishes from Germany.

    My sister and I wanted to do a video to get the started and this video was perfect. We did the simple stretches but were constantly surprised at how deep we felt them! A great way to start the day!

    I think I've said this before but this might be your best yet. The way the stretches flowed and the variations were excellent. First time I could stretch my glute without knee pain as well

    I am on my weight loss journey which I feel like it's taking forever but I know consistency is key.
    I do all my youtube workout at home and I'm so thankful for this one. I am so stiff round the hip and thigh area but after consistency doing your flexibility and mobility follow along, it's made a huge difference. I'm no way near flexible but I can feel the difference with my stretches. For someone who can't go gym, I'm very grateful for your follow along videos. Thank you so much.     I do all of your follow alongs on a rotational basis. Former athlete would love to maybe see a series starting from the ankles to the legs/hips and up. My concern is my ankles are always popping and stiff and wonder if that is causing imbalances elsewhere. Keep it up love the content and share with anyone I see moving uncomfortably!

    Thank you for the routine! I've been doing your stretches for a couple of weeks now and it really helps to feel better and healthier! My only concern is that I have some sort of protrusion in the lower back, and it hurts to do upwards facing dog position. I am contracting my glutes, but doesn't help, still feeling discomfort during that pose. Maybe you have some recommendations for me, maybe some exercises

    Tom, maybe your dog could have her own CZcams too? I'm returning to trail running after a long absence. Running on the trail is good exercise itself but if you have stretch exercises specifically for trail runners, I sure would love that. Nice goatee!

    Ankle Mobility would be appreciated. I can’t seem to do that seiza sit very well. I can if I stack my feet, then it’s no problem but I feel like that may not align my hips and spine correctly.
    I also seem to need to lift my toes on side lunges when I notice other people aren’t. So my ankles may be hindering me more than I think they are. Some insight and tips would be appreciated.
