This video shares a passive, chilled routine for developing neck, shoulder, hip and glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor, and general all-around flexibility. There is a bias towards the hips, especially rotation, and relaxing in positions.

Hey Tom I really love a lot of your stretch routines. I was wondering does each new routine improve upon the previous ones? Or do they just add variety so you don't do the same thing forever? In other words is say V5 better than V3 better than V1?

I've been following your full body videos for a few months now and making good progress. I'm mid 30s and can honestly say I never stretched growing up and certainly paying the price now. During hamstring stretches, its very difficult to even target the hamstring because of the insane amount of pain/pressure I feel behind my knee. Any insight you can offer to help curb this pain behind my knee while doing any hamstring stretch?

@bodyweightwarrior which one of your videos would you recommend for a morning daily 20 minute or so full body mobility to routine to stick with. Ive made a list of great stretches but the whole thing takes about an hour. You have alot of videos but Im not sure which one is the best to target everything. I just want one video to stick with for 6-12 months. TIA!

Hey tom. I've been following your Runners' Flexibility routine for 3 weeks now. Feels good. Would you recommend to just do this "general" flexibility routines instead? I'm a runner. But I'm curious which ones to follow.
give a few a go and see what feels right for you, each variation has it's own quirks
The outer hamstring stretch was a new one for me. Good lord.
Love all these mobility flexibility routines. However, it is impossible to deep-kneel because of injuries.

Are there any alternatives to that hip flexor stretch at 21:27? I truly cannot contract my hamstrings/rotate my torso/reach far enougg back to hold my foot. Any movements that would help improve on those would be much appreciated. Thanks for all the work you put into the videos
i had the same problem, i couldnt reach my back foot, i got a cramp trying to do it. What worked for me is instead of grabbing the back foot, i rest my back foot against my couch.
