    18 exercises for upper body. With 2 reps minimum make it 36 in a workout. Isn't that a bit too many in one session? Btw liked the whole series. Thanks!

    Sir i have seen in some people that their left side is weaker that their right side. Even my right bicep is much bigger than my left one. So when i workout if im doing 15 reps then i do 20 reps only for my left hand so is it good or not
    Please tell the reason behind it

      HI Harsh, to increase strength of your weaker arm, try doing more reps with light weights with that arm. It helps a lot.

      Thanks. Yes you can do if you are comfortable but make sure you give 24-48 recovery time to the each muscle group you train and keep at least 2 rest days in a week to recover properly.

      HI Amey, Both are effective routines if you choose them according to your fitness levels. Push pull is more advance where you focus on 2-3 muscles a day with high volume and more training frequency in a week wherein Upper lower is better for intermediate as we train more muscles a day but weekly frequency is less.

      Since you are doing 1 day cardio, you can either keep them complete rest days or active rest days. But I recommend, take at least 1 complete rest day in a week if you are a beginner or intermediate.

    Can we build muscle on a low carb diet for someone who is pre-diabetic and trying to lower the carb intake?

      Yes, absolutely. Generally to build muscles you need to keep your calories more than maintenance calories (TDEE) with high protein intake (at least 1.5-2 gram per kg weight). Since you are looking for low carb diet, then you can shoot for at least 50 grams carbs and rest calories from fat(healthy).

    Hey buddy , the workout is good and i have completed 1 month of the workout , the only thing i actually really didn't like was that this workout is very big(upper body) . It takes me atleast 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete . I dont know about other folks but it is really lengthy . The legs and abs still get conpleted in 1.5 hrs but upper workout is way too big . As an office going person , can you suggest me to cut some of the excercises , i am actually cutting the shoulder workouts to three excercises only . Would love to hear your suggestions .

      HI Shobhit, You can remove some workouts or keep changing them every week. You don't need to do all the workouts. If you are hitting that muscle at least once then its perfectly fine. You can do the other workout of the same muscle in the next session. I just provided all the workouts so that you can customize the plan according to your need.

      @@FitnessMyLife thank you friend , also one thing to add is , i have noted some changes to the body after a month but the changes are kinda slow , what would you say about this . ( My protiens intake is adequate and sleep is good) . I know i have to workout for couple of months for muscle but somehow i am not seeing the results that i ought to . Also included that i am not a beginner i somehow dont know why muscles are not building at a decent pace .

      Hi Naeem, skipping is a good cardio workout. If you are comfortable you can perform on the same day but do it after full body workout so that you have energy to perform better during your resistance training. You can do skipping on any rest day as well(2 times a week), I just want to make sure you are not overtraining that may impact your muscle gains.

    Sir can you explain to us how this workout for upper and lower body with two days rest is better than a single muscle group a day with a day of rest ?? Most local gyms teach us to do one muscle group a day, how is this plan more effective?

      Hi Sai, If you want to maximize gains and see better results, you should train each muscle group at least twice a week because every muscle group takes around 48-72 hours to recover completely from previous workout so if you are training that muscle only once a week, then you are loosing opportunity to maximize the gains. Its not a very efficient and effective approach unless the volume and intensity of your workout is really high.

      Hi, Each day one muscles is not very effective approach. Its always better to train each muscle group at least twice a week.

      Once you find the beginner plan less challenging then you can move one to intermediate. Yes, take 30 sec - 1 min rest between sets.

      HI Shubham, along with workout you have to take high protein diet and proper rest to increase the muscle size. Only workout may not help to increase muscle size.
