    In my last series, I explained how to train all muscle groups with resistance bands, Now, it is time to put those workouts together in a logical way to get the best out of it...!!     This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Great videos - you should make a 'Do it along video' for various levels.. Would be awesome! For beginners especially, it will really help if there is a complete video doing a 30/45 min exercise routine so that they can follow along

    All you did for us was beyond explanation. I have been watching fitness videos and I perform home workouts for more than 2 years now . And all the knowledge I have gained in all these years , you compiled them in a 8 min video . Excellently well for beginners. ( One suggestion only - keep the Sunday for cardio)

      Hi Subham, Thank you for your comment. Appreciate it. As I mentioned in this video, keep Sunday an Active rest day, its about cardio only. You can do running, jogging, swimming etc.

      Hi Raman, yes you can build muscles with bands. You can combine dumbbells with resistance bands to make it more challenging.

      Thanks, Karan. To properly breathe during strength training inhale on the eccentric phase and exhale during the concentric phase. Let's use a bicep curl as an example. Exhale as you raise the weights to curl, then inhale as you're lowering. For a push-up, inhale as you lower to the floor, and exhale when you press yourself up

    Hello brother I just want to know which one is better plan to do a regular exercise in this way
    Monday- chest
    Tuesday- back
    Wednesday- biceps
    Thursday- triceps
    Friday- shoulder
    Saturday- legs
    other hand just Like your plan is better full body workut in three day's a week which one is better I'm confused plz suggest

      HI Swaroop, one muscle a day is not a very effective approach as you train every muscle only once. You can follow whatever plan you like but try to hit each muscle at least twice a week for best results. I suggest, start with full body and do it for 8-10 weeks then switch to Upper lower or my upcoming advance level plans.

    As a beginner untill when we should follow this plan & then prefer to move on intermediate & then advance level of your series.

      *once you start feeling comfortable with beginner workouts and finding it easy then its the time to move to the next level but try it for at least 10 weeks.

    I target the 6 muscle groups once a week(the same workouts you have been posting) and train abs every alternate day and take one rest day. Should I continue to follow this or should I switch to this full body split?

      If you are beginner then its fine but if you are working out for last few years then you can switch to two muscles in a day so that you can train every muscle group twice a week for better results. Abs alternate day is fine. I'm going to cover two muscles a day plan in this series so stay tuned.

      Hi Gulshan, thanks for your comment. Bhai, full time job aur kaam ke sath abhi 2 weeks me video dalna hi possible ho pata hai. Shooting, editing etc. me time lagta hai but yes may be in future I’ll try to upload videos more frequently. 😊😊👍

    can do my workouts like this by using resistance bands
    monday=chest and triceps
    tuesday=biceps and back
    wed=legs and shoulder
    and same thing till saturday
    abs and forearms any three days in the morning

      HI Rehan, You need to training shoulders from all angles I mean all heads should be trained as I showed in my shoulder workout video and make sure you focus on progressive overload every time.

      Thanks! I don't stick to any particular plan for more than 6 weeks. I keep changing my workouts every now than to reduce muscle adaptation.

    This is a great video but i have created an full week schedule
    Monday- Chest-Triceps- Abs
    Tuesday - Back-Biceps
    Wednesday - Shoulder-Legs- Abs
    Thursday- Chest- Triceps
    Friday - Back-Biceps- Abs
    Saturday - Shoulder-Legs
    Sunday - arms-biceps+triceps+forearms
    i know this is a tuff schedule but I was staying daily at home and there is no work doing so and is it good to daily. because stressing my body daily is it good or bad if yes should I use the above-mentioned schedule.

      HI Sai, it looks good. The only thing is, keep Sunday for rest. 7 days workout may not give you the best results. Your muscles need time to recover and grow so better you keep at least 1 day off. The rest looks fine.

    Which resistance band is best for beginners......?

      You can any durable ones with multiple resistance options. Light to heavy. There is nothing specific for beginners.
