    Here is session 1 (Major muscle groups -Hindi) of my 8 weeks muscle building for beginners. It’s very important and useful to know about our major muscle groups before starting any workout. This is the first session of our 8 weeks muscle building program for beginner and in this, we will learn about our major muscle groups that we are going to train in our upcoming sessions.

    Hey man! I really like your series. However i have certain doubts. If you come across this comment, kindly clarify-
    1. When you mentioned the 2 muscles of biceps, isn't the shorter muscle (brachialis) present on the outside rather than the inside?
    2. Doesn't deltoids have 3 heads and not 2?
    3. Isn't trapezius a part of the back and not the shoulder?
    Just wanted to clarify my knowledge. Would really appreciate if you help. Great series man! Big ups!❤️

      Thanks, Neils, All great questions.
      1) No, Brachialis is a separate muscle(other than the short and long head), it's on the inner side of your arms mostly hidden.
      2) Yes, deltoids have 3 heads, Anterior, Medial (lateral), and Posterior
      3) Traps are considered part of the back muscle however they can be trained with either shoulder or back. I usually prefer training them along with shoulders as they get easily warmed up during the shoulder workout

      As far as i am aware of- the two muscles of biceps are the brachii and brachialis. The brachii has 2 heads, a long head and a short head. Can you kindly clarify on this.
      I'm loving this series and would start my home workout based on this. Thanks for the amazing training regimes man!❤️

    Do we consume the same amount of carbs when we work out with resistance bands?

      It all depends on your macros and calories. Doesn't matter much you workout at home with bands or in the gym.
