    Guys check out how to make your diet plan in 5 easy steps? (Hindi). जानिए अपना डाइट प्लान खुद से कैसे बनाए? Diet is the most important thing when we talk about fitness goals. Without proper diet and nutrition, it’s almost impossible to achieve your goal. I tried to put together all the steps to find out your calories need as per your goal and how you can track those to achieve your goal so please watch this video till end. Here are the high-level steps.
    Step 1 - Find out Resting Calories (BMR)
    BMR Calculator : (www.calculator.net/calorie-ca...)
    Step 2 - Find out Maintenance Calories (TDEE)
    Step 3 - Set your Target Calories
    Step 4 - Divide your Target Calories into Macros
    Step 5 - Track your calories using any food tracking app. (MyFitnessPal)
    If you don’t see any difference after following your target calories then it means that’s your maintenance calories and adjust your target calories accordingly.

    Sir i am confused that i am 66kg , 175cm and 16 years old but by your formula it's saying I need 2850 to maintain and 3050(+200) to gain muscle. So it means I need to take 213.75gm of protein 😨😱? Helppppp please

      Go with what you do. If you are doing intense workout 6-7 days a week then choose accordingly to calculate your TDEE

      Thanks Deepak. No, the BMR is included in the maintenance calories. The maintenance calories are the calories that your need to maintain your current weight.

    Sir I want to clarify one thing that is... In preparing a diet chart. If my maintenance calories is 2428 .Is in diet chat energy (kcl) must be similar with maintenance 2428 calories in intake. Without looking the fat, carbs and protein.
    Or if in my intake energy (kcl) is 2700 more than maintenance calories. But while dividing the calories in macros I got carbs 273,protien 151and fats 80. And in my chat the intake of calories is 95%ok . Only energy calories is 2762 and fat is 85.5 .

      Dividing target calories in carbs 273,protiens=151and fat 80.
      So now while making diet chat . If I take energy( kcl) 2428 then I don't get carbs, protien and fat in maintain. For that to fulfill carbs protien and fat if I take 350more calories then is it ok for me or I have to take the same amount of target calories I got without fulfilling carbs protien and fat required in daily basis

    Sir, uncooked food when cooked changes the nature of the food. So should we go for cooked food as after cooking food it reduces the macro nutrients or should I just put uncooked meal macros. Kindly advise.

      Cooking will not change the macros. If you take 50 grams rice and cook them then the nutrition will remain the same. Cooking will not change the calories or nutrition. You can measure them uncooked.
