With an observation, it's clearly visible that all the meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner are shown in accordance with western diet. Vegetable salads, sandwiches, burgers, juices - all these western things are shown. While Banana leaf meals, sitting on floor while eating, eating with hands are left out. Always the forks, spoons, knives are visible. Also the characters that appear are westerners.
Why is the Bharatiya way of living not included in the videos ?

Well i consume Banana oats shake which consists of oats dry fruits and I don't use honey or sugar since the dry fruits like dates has it
And on the other days eat brown bread with banana slices and chocolate peanut butter over it

Hi, me too a hypothyroid patient since 20 years. Tried so many different things and stopped eating broccoli cabbage peas cauliflower etc. but nothing works once thyroid pill starts. Infact my TSH went haywire when I was taking precautions. I am eating everything ( all veg food only) and taking a pill of 100 mcg and enjoying things.
