    Sesame and leafy greens are the reason why Asians don’t suffer from osteoporosis whatsoever. Westerners do because we consume dairy, which causes calciuresis (excretion or loss of calcium via urination). So you get calcium from milk and dairy, but you lose even more to digest it. Buy 2 and pay for 3 basically… Which explains why osteoporosis is such a problem in dairy-consuming populations only. So don’t buy the lie we’ve been told for decades that milk and dairy are good and even necessary for your bones. Besides, if that were true, we would have gone extinct ages ago, as cow milk consumption is a recent thing in overall history of mankind.

    Very useful. I walk for 30 minutes for sure, other than the 1km up and down each daily as part of office commute. Is the number of steps, say 6000 or 10,000 significant? I never count steps.
