Did all the workout but my bands only stackable upto 100lbs so can't match all the weight but it was challenging so i think it's good for now 😊

Excellent workout tutorial with clarity. Bhai instead of increasing resistance can we start with high and decrease it when failure. Will it has the same effect ?
The main benefit of adding weight, or "ramping." every set is that it enables you to warmup properly. Jumping straight into your heaviest set can be risky, as the muscles are not yet ready to lift heavy weights, and you may get injured.

I really like ur channel, I follow ur videos n love the results.I have a question plz... is it ok to target 1 muscle grp daily and Rest on the 7th day? Will it show results? And then again repeat the same next week..Will it work?
Hi Vijayan, you can follow one muscle group a day plan but its not very effective because you should train every muscle groups at least 2 times a week for better results. I'm going to share a 2 muscles a day plan in next few weeks, You can follow that if you want.

Hello sir. I had a question. I perform all the 6 excercises. Should I do all excercise with 20 lbs then do another set with 30 followed by 40. Or I Should do one excercise with 20,30 and 40 then 2nd and 3rd to 6th

Can anyone tell which is the best resistance bands to buy for workout.
I'm doing day wise muscle group exercises.... I want some more information now.... Is cardio also needed along with resistance training? If yes, how to schedule it and what exercises should I include?

HI Karan, yes cardio is important as it helps you burn more calories and also good for heart health. You can do it either on rest days or alternate days after your workout.

HI Anirudh, during the biceps workouts, you can try holding muscles for 2-3 seconds during concentric movements and try doing the workout as slow as possible to increase the time under tension. Try it out and let me know if it helps.

Should i do resistance band workout everyday 1 or alternate days full body i have been doing resistance band workout from last 5 months after watching ur vid on full body workout.
Hi Mitesh, If you are already doing full body workout for last 5 months, then now you can switch to 1 muscle per day (Mon thru Friday) (Sat and Sun rest).

If you can’t do the higher rep ranges do u do less reps or less weight
Reduce the reps but make sure weight is in progression.
Do you only use bands or also perform dumbbell and machine exercises?
Only bands are sufficient if used properly.
If for any reason, resistance of both sides do not match , is there any side effects of bad impact on our body?
And also plz instruct us about the inhale and exhale for every step
You should have same tension on both the side for right balance and for inhale and exhale, will make a separate video in the on going weight loss series.

Hi, Its always better to have multiple bands for the best results. You cannot increase resistance of a single band after a certain point. Get at least one or two more band with high resistance. Thanks
