I just completed this monster exercise, exactly the way he said. This nearly killed me. Same exercises same number of reps, same number of sets and same resting duration and I tell you my biceps and triceps are pumped as if there are gonna burst. I have not gotten such a crazy pump ever before, 💯 %i am gonna make this routine for the next 2 months and post my results here. All the best to everyone here looking to gain some muscle.
Edit: guys after adopting this for 5 weeks i was able to gain 1 inch on my arms. I also had good quality Protien diet with kiwi, strawberries, oats, multivitamin, silajith, nuts and creatine scattered throughout out the day. Now i am gonna split bicep and triceps and return to this in 4 weeks. All the best guys

@@akhilshethia3707 bro do it exactly the way it is shown in the video. somewhere he does alternate somewhere he completes bicep then shifts to tri. Add it with good diet and share your result here.

You said breat out when weight is against the gravity...it is applies to all excercises like squat,bench press, deadlifts etc. Till now I was very confused with the breathing technique during strength training.
If possible please make one dedicated video on breathing technique (for beginners) like breath out after completing the full motion or during lifting the weight?
Also one video on complete stretching before and after work out.
