i never eat food before excercise. hardly water and tea and that for bathroom and then i workout for 2 to 3 hours no water no food. and then eat small lunch, average dinner.

How confidently he simplified the concept of a good diet that we usually make complex unnecessarily.
Ive been following this routine for 3.5yrs now.
1) Drink atleast 1.5litre water daily.
2) Sleep atleast 6hrs a day.
3) Try your best to eat only home cooked food for 6 days a week. On sunday eat anything you want but in moderate quantity.
4) Sleep at 10-11PM and wake up at 5AM at any cost.
5) Be positive and always be motivated.
Workout?
vegetarian n workoutis must🎉
1.5 litres/day is not even fulfilling your daily water need. 8 glasses of water ( around 2.5 litres/day ) is recommended and 3-4 litres is better.
