      Madhok Gourav if you train normally with 7-8 hours of sleep with a good diet and for 6 days a week , it will take 6 weeks
      If you workout for two time in a day , with superb diet , necessary supplement and good sleep , it will take up to 3 weeks .
      If you want more to know about this , watch Guru Mann's video ' How soon you can get 6 pack abs . '
      In that video , there is all knowledge about body fat decrease rate .

      Weekly 10 to 20 sets, so per day 3 to 4 sets. And each sets should contain 10 to 15 reps depending upon the exercise.
