To Get Strength & Size together then do this👇👇
1st set me. 12 reps
2nd set me. 10 reps
3rd set me. 8 reps
I was doing 15-12-10.
Now im planning to do 12-10-8
Weight maximum to minimum me lana hai kya
@@AyazAhmed-in4wb you should increase weight when you decrease reps. So minimum weight to maximum weight
So for evry set we have to increase the weight
How much rest in between sets ?
Man this is eye opener 😭

Amazing video. Loved it. Sir beginners are suggested by trainers to do a circuit workout intially to build stamina. This circuit workout includes doing 1-2 exercises for each muscle group. Should this be the approach for beginners when they join a gym or is there a better way to start?

Such a good information, thank you ❤️
Right now I am training with 6-12 reps combined with Time Under Tension for max results. If you find that lifting 5kg is too light for you in lateral raise (as an example) and you can hit 15 reps while still feeling you can hit more, then normally you will switch to heavier weights thinking that 5kg is too light for you. Right? What I recommend from my experience is, slower down the intensity of the workout. Train under Time Under Tension method. Which means you now follow 4:1 technique. What you have to do is, take the same 5kg weight you feel was too light for you, take it up in 1 sec and bring it down slowly in 4 secs. Build a mind and muscle connection and try not to loose the pressure, and hit back up again in 1 sec and come back down in 4 sec. This way you will take 5 secs to complete 1 rep (4+1) which means around 12×5= 60 secs approx to complete the set. Now you will feel your shoulder muscle burning and thats where you have trained your SLOW TWITCH MUSCLE FIBRES. Now that you have slowed down the intensity of the exercise, you will get better and more effective results with the same weights you were complaining about earlier. Hit like if you understood.

Bro i have a doubt... I have been working out since 8 to 9 months and my results are also good. Yes it is a slow process but i feel ok. I am about 6'4 and 110 kg currently and i want to be a mass monster It's my goal so my question is i have a thing in memory that you need to workout each set till failure.... Main warmup se leker heavy weights sab failure tak lekar jaata hun........ Mtlb jab tak main aur nahi mar sakta main continue rakhta hun chahe woh bicep tricep leg chest ya latic ho.... So yeh sahi baat hai ya main galat maar raha hun bro....??
Bro good knowledge....thanks.
Thank you gaurav bhai very clear explanation
