    Great content, curious as to why you didnt choose inverted row given the closed chain nature of that exercise and can be done weighted or unweighted as well?

      I sometimes do inverted rows, I'm favouring bent-over rows for the time being because I can get a better angle to hit my rhomboid & mid traps.
      A weak area for me.

    Do you find higher reps work better on bent rows to prevent lower back fatigue?

      Yes, imo lighter weights tend to place less demand on stabiliser muscle groups with most exercises.
