I have had sleep issues for a long period, it was awful, related to depression but not only. I realized after some time I became very sensitive to some supplements (which was not the case before), for example, vitamin D and even magnesium give me insomnia after some time, some B vitamins like B6, ... Just in case you did not try that, but to cut back from supplements for some time and check if there is improvement. Otherwise, thanks for the great content and greetings from France.
I woudln't wish insomnia on my worst enemy. It turns you insane from the inside out. Stay strong man, I hope you get better soon.
