Pretty much the same.
Although I have learned from my experience that discipline in exercise is more important than passion for it.. As you know, muscle growth is easy in youth, so a young man here usually begins his exercise in February so that he can go to the beach in the summer with a good appearance.. But thinking that exercise is one of the basic ways to fight Aging will make this more important after the forties, as muscle mass decreases and motivation begins to wane for several reasons. But performing push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and incline press are basics that must be maintained and do not take much time.
