    Well.. You are indeed a real athlete.. Due to my age, I try to follow many coaches.. Here is a simple observation.. Ryan Humiston.. I used to follow all his videos, write, and implement.. He criticized the use of studies in exercise.. After that, he himself began implementing studies. And he publishes it...well...I still follow him...but...the interesting thing is that the conclusion of the studies is that the old classical style followed by veteran trainers is the most accurate...

      I'm aiming for 1.5 - 2 lbs of weight loss per week, so around 800-1000 calorie deficit.
