There's a young chap at my gym who is huge. 19 years old, arms the size of melons, stretch marks all over his skin, acne everywhere, very agressive. All the kids in the gym look up to him, they talk about him all the time when he's not there. When he's there they just flock around him and watch. It is what it is.
As Dale Carnegie said in his book, a man's character is determined by how he finds his feeling of importance. Some folks just want to feel important by any means.

Liking the videos mate 👍 Ever had any issues with your shoulders/ rotator cuffs when performing your pull-ups and press ups? Do you engage the scapular on Pull-ups as is suggested by experts or do you just lift and not think about it?
No issues at all. I used to from benching, but I think the deep weighted push-ups improved my shoulder mobility & helped to rehab my shoulder.
With the pull-ups, I keep my scapulae engaged/depressed, something I've always done without noticing.

I get discomfort and sleep badly if I eat anything in the 2 hours prior of sleep, what's with almond butter?
@@gabriele8801 the fat+protein in almond butter help keep your blood sugar stable so your sleep doesnt get disturbed
you dont need to eat gobs of it, i think two tablespoons was what was recommended but im sure you can do with less or more depending on your body
if you cant tolerate food at all before bed theres probably a supplement equivalent you could take. maybe sip some bcaas and a down a tablespoon of olive oil (ive never done that, im just throwing out suggestions)
the magnesium content in almond butter probably helps too, but you could take a pill for that
Have you always just worked out at home or did you build most of your muscle and strength in a commercial gym?
Combination of both.
