Please upload more Pilates bar workouts! Everyone else has short reels but these are better to follow . Others have noticed too but you’re the only one that has full videos ! Def take advantage of this ❤

6:53. I love the way you explain. I just got my bar. Keeping my form correct has always been difficult for my while exercising. You make it easy. I cannot squat, though. My knees refuse that movement.

My first time using a bar and it was a challenge, i did struggle with a few thing's but i loved the resistance it gave, this will become a favourite with abit more practice.

I have done yoga for 7 years but I've decided to try pilates to increase my strength and work on "pull" exercises that I don't do in yoga. When I do the side leg lifts from standing- I don’t feel any tension in the straps. Should I?
Hi 👋… as you lift your leg you will lose the tension. Try and keep your bar straight and core tight, enjoy the challenge for your balance xx

Should you feel tension with all the exercises?
Hi Lisa … no there are times when I lose tension ie when I squat down … hope this helps x

Hi there. Really like your workouts however feel you talk too much between sets or exercises which is annoying because when in "the groove"want to keep the energy and motivation going. Please make other videos that are for intermediate or advanced, with no "extra" explaining or stopping between. Thanks so much
