    I could feel this workout in my upper body for a few days after filming…don’t say I didn’t warm you!!
    A fabulous fun workout which begins on a standing position, focusing on upper body strength and movement before moving down onto your mat to continue challenging the above along with exercises designed to improve core strength & stability.
    I just know you are going to love it!
    Anyone following this class does so at their own risk. It is your personal responsibility to work safely and within your own limits.

    This was a challenging one! I am really enjoying this 28 day challenge. I love how well you explain the movements, and you have such a calming voice. I struggle to find workouts that I consistently enjoy, but I have found that I really enjoy your videos and look forward to doing them! Thank you for being so positive and encouraging!

    My upper body (shoulders/bisceps/trisceps) is not as strong as my lower body so this workout is amazing to build my upper body strength. I love your workouts - I look forward to them every morning.

    Day 7 done 😊. When I saw 26 minutes I thought it was going to be very difficult but actually I enjoyed it. The way you explain and the calmness in your voice really helps me. Thank you so much 💚

    Enjoying this more each day . Having a hip bursitis is making things a little difficult to do but still getting thru it .
    Even re position to reset now is a bit easier to realize I am doing it wrong

    This arm workout felt really good, thank you! I loved the extension stretch at the end where we pushed our arms out one at a time. They felt so good!

    I've just done 5, 6 and 7 back to back ( to catch up ).
    I'm definitely going to feel this in my glutes and arms tomorrow 😂
    Onwards and upwards 💪💪
    Thank you Donna the only one I've not managed to do is day 4 and I can live with that. I'm sure there will be others days but so far I'm proud of myself.

    I can't reach all the way up when I'm standing on the bar. Should I do as far as I can or should I do it without the bar? I'm new to traing and this is my 7th time with the bar! I can't say that I love it but I'm doing it! I hope the love comes!
