    I used to HATE doing strength training, I was a cardio girl. However, I'm finding myself looking forward to these every day! This was one of my favorites!

    I did this one twice thru with a short break in between. I missed the first time that you secured the straps under your hands with the bar on top movements. I was having issues with the bar rolling up my arms but finally figured it out 😅

    Hard to achieve when you have little strength in the back to roll down but did get a little of the way and felt it ❤

    Thank you.....am not able to go to the gym anymore due to my health. But feeling that I am definitely doing more with the bar.....and I am enjoying everyday working out ......xx

    Day 11 done. Definitely I need to find out how to keep my neck in the right position without feeling the pain 😬

      Almost half way ! You could try lying on your side and resting your head in a couple of cushions !! Xx

    Just curious about what else (if anything) you suggest be done with your workouts…I try to do at least 30 minutes a day mixing it is with exercises, cardio, stretching, balance & strength …at this point I am doing the series & walking…appreciate your feedback!
