    You have been the ONLY pilates instructor that I have absolutely loved. I am a correctional exercise specialist personal trainer (never did pilates with a bar) but I wanted to try other things for my clients.     I bought 4 more for Christmas Gifts! I have a bad back/hips and been struggling on finding a workout that works for me. Finally, after several years trying this and that....I found you. Thank you. I have to modify at times but I still feel the results.

    Just found you by accident. I bought a pilates bar years ago but found no workouts for it. I tried this workout today and discovered that my upper strength needs a lot of work. Thanks so much for posting!

    I bought a pilates wand from Amazon in October. haven't used it yet, i saw one of your videos all ready, i been doing sitting exercises for a while, and i have exercise door bands, in different strengths. that i also brought from Amazon last year, i have bone on bone ,and waiting for my knee surgery come spring. I'm gonna try this . I've been trying to keep my weight down and weight myself every other day. i have a weight scale that tells me everything. i have different types of exercise equipment and physical therapy equipment from hip injury. and exercise session papers . so going to try this out. 😊

    Found you through a search, you were the only one I found that had clear instructions and the workout was great didnt realise i’d completed it until you said well done. Really great workout and i’d revisit this workout again.

    You have got so much flexibility in your hips 😭 but I'm striving for the same ability 🙌 my bridge is nearly non existent and I can't really lift my body without help from my elbows but I'm hoping to get there one day

    Just discovered you and loving the work outs. I've been motivated to work out almost every day. I'm 71 and not very limber so some of the moves are a bit difficult for me. Will this get better or can you make any suggestions. Thanks so much. Absolutely love this!

    I just did this video for the first time tonight, and I can definitely feel it already in my legs. My only restriction at the moment is how far I can bend with my knees, hoping that changes as I continue to do this as well as other things.

    I am so excited to start these workouts. I've been on a 3 year break from my regular pilates sessions. I'm just curious about what weight resistance should be used. I don't want it too heavy but challenging enough.

    Hi how many times a week would I need to do this to see results ?

      everyone will be different as we are all starting from a different place in terms of levels of fitness, mobility, strength. i would aim to exercise 3-4 times a week, increasing the intensity by increasing the number of reps or the length of a hold and over times should should definetly feel a difference in terms of strength and stamina

    im 62,dont know a thing about the P bar but think it could be an ideal travel companion,,can i add small increments of resistance ,,,like 5% at a time? thank you

      No worries … progress takes time and you will 💯 get there. You can always add more tension by rolling the straps around the bar. Have you seen the 28 Pilates Bar Challenge on my channel?? Xx

    You are great but you go WAY TOO FAST. Like you gotta slow down, not all of us can keep up. I need to find another instructor.
