It’s the first time in my entire life that I’m writing a comment on CZcams. This is my favorite channel ever! I gave birth 6 months ago and I was feeling really desperate bcz of my body shape. I’ve tried many workouts but I couldn’t continue any of them until finding this channel. Since 2 weeks I’m trying to do Pilates with you and I’ve already got a shape and lost 3 kilograms without any diet (I just cut sugar). I just wanted to say thank you for bringing my energy back. ❤ You’re workouts are amazing and thanks to you I finally found it where to breathe in 😂 Anyways, thanks again I’ll be always here 💗 Pls upload more with bar those are my favorite (I’ve already done the new one 🤍🤍)

In case it helps anyone else, I use the breaking limits pilates bar (I'm in UK but believe it is a US product) and really happy with it. Has options to change the bands for different strengths and change the length of them and to make the bar shorter.

Yes keep trying. It’s actually challenging! Just return and focus on form rather the reps as you did first round.

First time doing a Pilates bar workout and it was amazing! Where it was my first time I used the lightest resistance bands (15lbs) but didn't expect much of a workout....36 minutes later and I have sweated through my hoodie! It was a fantastic change of pace for me & I plan to continue to follow this workout and more!

I just purchased a Pilates bar and came across these workouts yesterday. I’m already obsessed! If you do daily 15 min exercises, how quickly does it take to start seeing results?
Glad you like them! You should start to feel strong in a few weeks and notice a different in your body too. Take progress shots and tune into your nutrition to make sure you are fuelling your body enough.

Did my first session of Pilates today and choice this video of yours! Definitely a struggle. Not perfect but consistency is key and will be using this one weekly. I feel like I did a good stretch after this one. Definitely will feel it all over

I commented about a month ago saying I found you because of your other pilates bar workout and I'm so happy you uploaded another one. I did this one yesterday and can feel it today! But actually I've been hooked on all your videos ever since I found you and they're all so good - the best pilates on youtube and I've never been so consistent with my exercise as I have been this year with your workouts! Love the exercises but also the way you make the videos, everything is perfect!!!

This was a good burn especially for the glutes, def hit it all around! 🧡🍑 just having a little trouble with my hands/wrists while holding the bar down during the glute workout. Would you have any tips? Thank you so much, Jacinta! ☺️
Potentially the resistance is too strong? It can be quite upper body based having to anchor the bar too so it’s really full body when you work the legs in a four point kneeling

I do Calisthenics and some Pilates but I’m new to the bar, doing the ab workout do you need to stop and shorten the straps? Loved the workout! ❤

I realise it’s so specialised and that the majority of you don’t own one but it was a popular request by many.
You can substitute some exercises for dumbbells and resistance bands. X
20 dollars at walmart...
I got mine as a gift but seems to have been an Amazon thing.

Hey! Nice to hear from you. Just shorten the reps to 8 and then as you feel you get stronger do 10 reps then 12 then 15 reps.
So just stop after 8 reps and let the video continue to play until you move onto next exercise. I hope that makes sense?
