This was great! I didn't feel gentle, but perfect!
Super class to start the week Jacinta. I upped the anti and used 2kg weights. I really enjoyed the combinations. The Russian twist was a great obliques worker 👷 😊👍

This is quite a long time, but it fits perfectly with your recent standing workout, so I did it in a row. Going from a strong standing workout to a little more low impact flow on the mat. 💪💯

Hi Jacinta! I'm finally back to your videos! I was wondering if you had any videos where you go over form in the modified side plank in more detail? I always feel really awkward in that position and want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Thank you!
Hello! What a great question. My tips are -
Elbow under shoulder
Pushing through forearm to lift out of shoulder. (Using shoulder strength)
Modify with bottom knee down straight top leg
Think of pressing hips forward to create a long line from head, hips and knees (or feet if full side plank)
Rib cage wraps heavy towards spine so you’re not faring.
I’ve writing your question down for a new shorts explaining this so keep your eye peeled.
