    I’ll be the first to admit that I struggle with working out consistently. However, I find myself looking forward to these workouts. Donna you’ve made me a fan of the pilates bar - Thank you ☺️

    Day 10 done. Keeping my neck up was very hard for me😢 but I'm in love with the way we need to breathe slowly while exercising... I don't realise the time passing 😊

    The hardest part of today's workout was actually stabilizing my neck! I had a really hard time keeping my neck up for the whole exercises on the back. I do love also seeing how my strength is increasing each day it seems!

    My stomach got stuck when i used the bar while doing the sit up and i screamed and threw myself on the floor waited for it to pass 😂 i think i Will do the sit-ups without the bar for a while 😅

    Hi Donna, when I'm on the mat doing your core work exercises, shoulders off the ground my neck is playing up. What am I doing wrong?

      You are not alone as that position can create tension across the shoulders, upper back. Try supporting your head on a Pilated ball or a cushion or two, alternatively keep your head & shoulders down on the mat x x
